Large blue felt hat with blue flower adornment. Doll has attached wrist tag on right arm. This doll is not marked on the back with the typical identifying Nancy Ann Storybook Doll USA mark.
Blue dotted box is in fair condition with some water stains, dents and cracking. Silver label is attached. Box includes one cardboard insert. Also has original price tag. ($1.98)
