White organdy eyelet apron. White organdy bonnet with red satin ribbon bow and blue satin ribbon trim tied under the chin. Dress is secured in back with a ribbon tie. No wrist tag.
Blue dotted box is in fair condition with cracks, creasing and writing on the box and lid. Silver label is attached and the box includes informational pamphlet.
