Hush-A-Bye Baby Series #210 "LONG DRESS - FIST HAND

Bisque baby doll with fist hands. Jointed arms and legs. Has cotton diaper secured with a brass safety pin. Long white cotton underskirt is attached to long white organdy dress trimmed with lace around the waistline and near the bottom of skirt. Dress is secured in back with brass safety pin. "Storybook Doll USA 1" Marked on back. No box. No wrist tag. 

Page 46 and 47 of the Encyclopedia of Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls  Identification and Value's Volume 2 by Elaine Pardee has a very good description of the "Dressed Baby Series 1947 to 1949.

There is a picture of a baby doll dressed the same way on page 47. She is part of the Commencement Series. This doll could actually be #70 "Christening Baby" Bisque body.

Hush-A-Bye Baby Series #212 "LONG DRESS AND JACKET"

Bisque baby doll with movable arms and jointed legs. Has star hands. White muslin diaper pinned with brass pin. White muslin underskirt trimmed with lace decoration pinned with brass pin. Pale Pink organdy dress also pinned in back with brass pin. She is missing one bootie and has some stains on her pink dress. Baby Doll has white and pink knitted jacket. Stamped Storybook Doll USA 11 on back. No Wrist tag.

Pink dotted box in good condition with some minor soiling. Has silver label attached. Original label shows signs deterioration.

Page 34 of the Encyclopedia of Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls : Identification and Values. Volume 2  by Elaine Pardee states:Long Dress and Jacket circa 1939. $300.00 to $400.00.

Hush-a-Bye Baby Series #201 "SHORT DRESS AND BONNET"

All original, never played with condition, bisque, star-hand baby marked Storybook Dolls U.S.A. on back. Has white pinned diaper, and knitted booties tied with pink ribbon. Cotton muslin slip trimmed with eyelet type lace, pinned in back. Sheer pink organdy dress pinned in back. Bonnet made with sheer pink organdy material, trimmed with white netted material and pink ribbon tied under the chin.

Original Pink box with white dots is sturdy but soiled from storage. Has original silver tag attached. Original informational pamphlet included.
