Blue taffeta bodice and white taffeta skirt with large red taffeta ruffle secured in back with a brass safety pin. Red white and blue ribbon tied around the waistline in a large bow. Red satin ribbon bow adorns her hair. Has box. No wrist tag.

Red dotted box in good condition Lid has a crack in one corner. There are signs of tape damage on both lid and bottom portion of box. Silver identification label is attached.
